Who can purchase?

We dispatch orders from our overseas warehouse.

We confirm the delivery charge before you agree to the order. Dispatch and delivery estimates are confirmed for each order. A catalog stock label does not promise immediate dispatch.

99% purity replacement promise

Our 99% purity commitment is a replacement promise. It is not a statement that every listed batch has been independently tested.

If laboratory testing confirms a peptide supplied by VerdaHex Lab is below 99% purity, we will send a replacement from another batch free of charge, including shipping. This promise is additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Problems, replacements and refunds

If you are unhappy with your order, we will ship you a replacement free of charge. This voluntary promise does not limit any right to a refund or other remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where consumer guarantees apply, you can choose a refund or replacement for a major failure. Other remedies apply for other failures. Nothing in these policies excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For a damaged, incorrect, missing or otherwise faulty order, contact us through your existing order conversation with your order reference and a description of the issue. Photos may help with assessment. Reporting promptly helps us investigate; it does not impose a fixed deadline on your statutory rights.

Testing and product information

A laboratory report records the sample tested. Report availability and its connection to your product and batch must be checked individually. Purity alone does not establish sterility, safety or suitability for use in humans or animals.

Listed quantities and illustrative packaging are catalog information, not independent confirmation of vial contents. No TGA approval or endorsement is claimed.
